30 sec. plank

300 squats

30 sec. plank

3 reps of 30 angled situps

2 reps of 15 reverse situps

Spring Special Olympics

This weekend at Cherry Park is the Spring Special Olympics. And I was ‘voluntold’ by my head mascot that I would be there at 9 am sharp ready to mascot for a rough 5 hours with both the athletes and their families.

Trip

August 8, 2010 I plan on taking the AmTrack service out west, and I dont plan on coming back for a very long time. The key point to this mini adventure is to say yes to everything. While the movie Yes Man has the same thought process, I dont plan on being cheesy or stupid. This is going to be an Alexander Supertramp worthy adventure; I plan on attempting new things with my life. Hitting the west coast and working my way through the next few months, I plan on shacking up with my family that lives out there, specifically, the cousin who works in a hookah bar. Until then, fellow travelers, keep trekking
